System Configuration

Configure and maintain the settings and parameters of the workforce management system to align with the organization's business rules, policies, and requirements. This includes setting up work rules, pay rules, accrual policies, and other system configurations.


User Management

Compliance and Regulations

Ensure that the system is configured to comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. Stay informed about changes in regulations and make necessary system adjustments to maintain compliance.


Audit and Security

Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive employee data. Conduct regular audits of system access and usage to ensure compliance with security policies.


Workforce Planning and Scheduling

Collaborate with managers and HR to optimize workforce planning and scheduling within the system. Ensure that schedules align with labor budgets, demand forecasts, and employee preferences.


Payroll Integration

Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure that time and attendance data is accurately integrated with the payroll system for timely and accurate payroll processing.


Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

Identify and resolve system issues, errors, and discrepancies promptly. Escalate complex issues to IT or vendor support as needed and track the resolution process.


Documentation

Maintain documentation related to system configurations, user guides, policies, and procedures. Keep records of changes made to the system for auditing and compliance purposes.


Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that optimize the system's functionality and efficiency.


Vendor Relations

Maintain a working relationship with the software vendor or service provider, including reporting and resolving technical issues, and staying informed about updates and new features.


Backup and Recovery

Implement and test backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data availability and system uptime in case of unexpected events.
